These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and ayu89 (hereinafter "ayu89", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the ayu89 website located at https://ayu89.click and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing any wager, or otherwise interacting with ayu89 services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

ayu89 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms regularly.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the ayu89 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ayu89 strictly prohibits access by minors and individuals under the legal gambling age. Age verification will be conducted at the point of withdrawal and at any time at ayu89's discretion.
• You must be registering as a natural person in your own name. Registrations made on behalf of another person, corporate entities, or fictitious identities are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of ayu89 or its affiliated service providers.
• You must not currently be under a self-exclusion order issued by ayu89 or any other gambling platform or regulatory body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local legislation. You bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the ayu89 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document.
• A valid and accessible email address that belongs to you.
• A current Malaysian mobile phone number.
• Date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above.
• Your residential address in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, or other locations).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes. You must notify ayu89 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. ayu89 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to keep their credentials secure.

ayu89 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated on the Platform at the time of deposit.

All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. ayu89 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet methods, and within 5–15 minutes for FPX bank transfer, subject to KYC completion and no pending bonus wagering requirements.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
• ayu89 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a Player.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are acknowledged after the required number of network confirmations. Processing times for crypto withdrawals are dependent on network conditions and typically range from 10–30 minutes.
• ayu89 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal it deems to require additional verification, without limitation on the number of such requests.
• Transaction fees, if any, applied by payment processors are the Player's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Platform.

ayu89 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and any additional bonus-specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.

Key conditions applicable to all bonuses and promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x depending on the promotion.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages. Players must consult the bonus terms applicable to each specific offer.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion, typically 14–30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Claiming a second welcome bonus before completing the first will result in forfeiture of the first bonus.
• Minimum Deposit: Welcome bonuses are subject to a minimum qualifying deposit of RM30–RM50 as specified per promotion.
• Anti-Abuse: ayu89 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, void bonus-derived winnings, or close accounts if it suspects a Player is exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

All bets placed on the ayu89 Platform, including sports bets, live in-play wagers, casino game wagers, Mix Parlay combinations, and e-sports bets, are governed by the betting rules applicable to the relevant product category. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or bet type before placing a wager.

• Minimum Stake: The minimum stake per bet is RM2 for sports betting. Minimum stakes for casino games and other products vary by title and are displayed within the game interface.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is confirmed only when accepted by the Platform and a confirmation reference number is generated. ayu89 is not liable for bets that were not successfully processed due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• Odds Accuracy: ayu89 takes all reasonable steps to ensure odds are accurate and updated in real time. In the event of a manifest error in published odds, ayu89 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's account.
• In-Play Betting: In-play odds are subject to rapid change. Any bet accepted at an advertised in-play price will be honoured at that price provided no manifest error is identified.
• Mix Parlay: Mix Parlay winnings are calculated by multiplying the odds of each selected leg. All legs must be settled as winners for the parlay to pay. If any leg is void, that leg is removed and the parlay recalculated on remaining legs.
• Abandoned Events: If a sports event is abandoned or postponed, all affected single bets will be voided and stakes returned. For parlay bets, the void leg is removed and remaining legs stand.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ayu89 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any Account balance, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's identity or payment credentials.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with normal human use.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or Platform vulnerabilities to derive financial advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are void.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent Platform controls.
• Any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes. ayu89 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or replicate any part of the Platform's technology, content, or intellectual property.

ayu89 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The Platform is for entertainment purposes only and is not intended as a source of income. Gambling involves financial risk, and players should only wager amounts they can comfortably afford to lose.

ayu89 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and may not be increased without a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notify players after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily suspend their Account for periods of 30, 90, or 180 days. During self-exclusion, the Account is fully locked and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Reality Check: An in-platform spending tracker displays the Player's net wagering position in real time during each session.

ayu89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Discovery that a Player has provided false information during registration.
• Discovery that a Player is under the minimum age of 21.
• At the Player's own request for voluntary self-exclusion.
• Prolonged Account inactivity (Account dormancy policy: an account inactive for 12 consecutive months may attract an administrative fee or be closed, subject to prior notice).

Upon Account closure for reasons not attributed to a breach by the Player, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus Balances are not refundable upon Account closure under any circumstances.

All content on the ayu89 Platform, including but not limited to the ayu89 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, text, graphics, game content, software architecture, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of ayu89 or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, modifying, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written consent from ayu89.
• Using any automated tool to extract, scrape, or systematically collect data from the Platform.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or software.
• Using the ayu89 brand name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ayu89 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activities on the Platform, including losses attributable to errors in the Player's own wagering judgement.
• Temporary or permanent Platform unavailability, including downtime resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or Force Majeure events.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including DuitNow, FPX operators, e-wallet services, or banking institutions.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's own failure to secure their login credentials.
• Any reliance placed by the Player on information published on the Platform that is subject to change without notice.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. ayu89's aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total value of that Player's real money deposits in the 12 months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.

ayu89 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ayu89 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date, as displayed at the top of this page, shall be the operative version at all times. Prior versions are superseded in their entirety and have no continuing legal effect.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ayu89's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming regulatory framework.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and ayu89:

1. First Step — Direct Resolution: The Player must submit a formal written complaint to ayu89 customer support. ayu89 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Second Step — Escalation: If the matter is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction within 14 days of the initial complaint, the Player may escalate the dispute to the designated independent dispute resolution body referenced in the Platform's regulatory documentation.
3. Third Step — Arbitration: If escalation does not produce a resolution, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration framework. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect their rights pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
